To schedule an appointment at Blume Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Clinic, please call our office at 704-384-1900 or 1800-1786-1638. Appointments can be scheduled between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If interpreter services are needed, please let us know at the time you make the appointment, and we will make arrangements and no cost to you.
If lodging is required, let us know and we will assist with accommodations.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can fill out necessary forms. You can also print and fill out those forms in advance by clicking here.

Second Opinions
If your child has received a diagnosis from another provider, or is undergoing treatment for cancer or a blood disorder, we welcome you to visit our clinic for a second opinion. In most cases, your insurance will cover this visit. And, your child’s current doctor will not have to be informed of your visit.
